1. Registration as participant and student includes access to the entire scientific program from 30-31 July 2026 (excluding Pre-Congress Workshop), Trade Exhibition, conference bag and other conference materials.

2. Registration as a student is only applicable for undergraduate students who upload their latest copy of academic transcript during registration.

3. Rates in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) are applicable for Malaysians only.

4. Registration cancelled before 30th June 2026 is eligible for 50% refund of the registration fees paid. Registration cancelled after 30th June 2026 is not eligible for any refund.

Online Payment

Registration fees can be paid directly via online banking (for Malaysian bank accounts only) and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) through the online registration system.
